Billings West's Cabler Will Miss Season
Friday, March 10th, 2034
The doctors have spoken and Joey Cabler of the Billings West Golden Bears didn't like what he heard. The 18-year-old starting pitcher is almost certainly gone for the rest of the year and depending on his progress could miss some of next season as well. Cabler sustained his season-ending injury during the Tenafly Tigers game yesterday at Guadalajara HS Grounds. He had to leave the game because he hurt himself while throwing a pitch. Today the Billings West medical staff reported Cabler had a torn labrum and would be absent from the lineup for at least 4-5 months.
