Monday, June 20th, 2033
A pitcher being voted the most valuable player in his league is a rare feat, and this year it did indeed happen. The 2033 Hank Aaron League Most Valuable Player Award has gone to Grand Island Islanders ace Justin Sullins after a stellar 10-3 season.
In 15 starts he piled up 113.2 innings, 137 strikeouts, 38 walks and a 3.48 ERA. Sullins held opposing hitters to a .235 batting average and compiled a 3.3 WAR along the way.
Dustin Arcuri of the College Park finished second in voting, while Teguh Sukarno of the Jefferson Indians finished third.
