Pope Cops PRL Batter of the Month Honors Sunday, May 1st, 2033 Bryce Pope is not used to being associated with Batter of the Month-caliber players, but today the Canby third baseman joined that select company when the Pete Rose League announced the results of April's voting. Pope totaled 47 hits, 23 walks, 11 home runs, 36 RBIs and 29 runs scored last month to put together a .461 batting average and .569 on-base percentage. Thus far in 2033 Pope is hitting .412 with 17 home runs, 60 RBIs, 57 runs scored and has compiled a .526 OBP. |
