Zacharias Touches All Bases, Hits for Cycle Sunday, April 24th, 2033 Erik Zacharias had a banner day at the plate today, stringing together all four legs of the cycle as the Jacksonville State Jaguars beat the Downsview Mustangs, 16-8. Zacharias drilled 4 hits in 6 at-bats, collecting 1 RBI and scoring 3 runs to capture the win for Jacksonville State. "I was fortunate to see some good pitches and I was fortunate to be able to make the most of them," he said later. "It was a good day for us." Erik Zacharias grounded out in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, doubled in the 4th, tripled in the 6th, hit a solo-shot off Jim Hitt in the 7th and struck out in the 9th.
