Week's Premier Player: Grand Island's McCarthy Monday, April 18th, 2033 It was an exceptional week for Kevin McCarthy of the Grand Island Islanders. First he beat the devil out of the ball, hitting .615 and as you would expect, he was voted the Player of the Week in the Hank Aaron League. Last week McCarthy went 16-for-26, notched 1 home run and 10 RBIs and scored 4 runs. All in all, a very good week for him. Thus far this year McCarthy has hit .382 with 4 home runs and 23 RBIs. |
