PRL Presents Player of the Week Trophy Monday, April 4th, 2033 So far in his young career, Mike James has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the Pete Rose League in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 17-year-old Tioga Central Tigers catcher hit at a torrid .706 clip as he collected 12 hits in 17 at-bats, 2 home runs, 5 RBIs and 6 runs scored. On the year James has hit .400 with 4 home runs, 12 RBIs and scored 23 runs. |
