Season Over for Justin Field in Topeka West Tuesday, March 29th, 2033 Justin Field has to call it a season. The Topeka West Chargers center fielder sustained a season-ending injury against the San Marin Mustangs and will not play again this year according to club doctors. Field was injured while making a defensive play. His doctors diagnosed it as a broken kneecap and stated that he would not be able to play for 5-6 months. Presently Field is batting .205 with 18 hits and 2 home runs. He has knocked in 23 runs and scored 13 times. |
