Park End Rowan's Streak Tuesday, March 15th, 2033 Lady Luck was not on the side of Jeff Rowan or his teammates today at Silvertips Ballpark. Everything went the way of the College Park, who not only came away with the 9-1 victory over San Marin, but also held Rowan hitless in 3 at-bats to put an end to his 20-game hitting streak. "It was a good run," Rowan said afterward. "It would be much easier to take right now if we had won." Thus far this year Rowan is hitting .313 with no home runs, 9 RBIs and 6 runs scored. |
