Week's Best Player Honored by PRL Monday, March 14th, 2033 So far in his young career, Eddie Lannigan has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the Pete Rose League in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 18-year-old Topeka West Chargers right fielder hit at a torrid .593 clip as he collected 16 hits in 27 at-bats, 5 home runs, 21 RBIs and 7 runs scored. |
