Holman Finally Fails, Streak Ends at 21 Tuesday, March 8th, 2033 The 21-game hitting streak is over. Downsview Mustangs right fielder Karl Holman failed to get a hit today against the Lerna Lions and had his consecutive-game hitting streak broken. The 16-year-old went 0-for-4 in his club's 9-6 victory over the Lions at Ballpark of Ecatepec HS. "I think I only made it to 21 games because I got lucky once or twice," he said. "So I guess I can't complain too much that I got unlucky and broke the streak." |
