Francisco Guerrero Out for Season Saturday, May 15th, 2032 The San Marin Mustangs will be minus Francisco Guerrero for about 14 months after the closer suffered a torn ulnar collateral ligament while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the College Park. Guerrero and Mustangs skipper Marcus Piscitelli had been hoping the post-game examination would show less damage than originally thought. To this point in the year Guerrero has put up a 0-1 won-lost mark, made 14 relief appearances and rung up no saves. He has a 6.23 ERA and has allowed 26 hits over his 21.2 innings of work, struck out 33 batters and walked 17. |
