5-for-6 Day for Holman Saturday, May 8th, 2032 It doesn't happen very often, but it did for Karl Holman today -- a 5-hit effort. He went on a rampage at Managua HS Grounds and paced the Mustangs to a 10-2 win over the Derby Panthers. After his dynamite batting performance, the Downsview right fielder told reporters that he "just tried to get in a good count and have a good at-bat. That's all I can control." His philosophy paid dividends today. He slammed 5 hits in 6 tries and put his name in the record book. Karl Holman singled in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Jack Warren in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 6th, struck out in the 7th and singled in the 9th.
