Bill Brewer to Miss 5 Months Saturday, April 24th, 2032 Earlier today, Downsview starting pitcher Bill Brewer had to leave the game against College because of an injury. Team officials are reporting that he has a ruptured finger tendon and will miss 5 months of play. Brewer was hurt throwing a pitch and was unable to continue playing. He will be evaluated this afternoon by team physicians. To this point in the season Brewer has no wins and 1 loss and a 8.86 ERA. |
