Season-Ending Injury for Phil Booth Saturday, April 10th, 2032 Phil Booth and the Pleasantville Panthers got a bad break in today's game against the Islanders as the team confirmed he will miss 17 months with a torn flexor tendon in his elbow. The Panthers reliever suffered the injury throwing a pitch. The team doctor is confident he'll make a full recovery. So far this year Booth has delivered 1 save. In 8 relief appearances he has 11 strikeouts in 13.1 innings with a 5.40 ERA and no wins and 2 losses. |
