The future looks extremely bright for Ron Gale. At the age of 19, many players are still trying to find their way in LITTLE LEAGUES.

Gale has not only found his way, he's already established himself as one of the game's brightest stars, today being named the winner of the Hank Aaron League Most Valuable Player Award.

"I didn't expect to hit .401 this year, that's for sure," the third baseman said.

The Jacksonville State Jaguars star also put up a .484 on-base percentage this year, with 114 hits, 14 doubles, no triples, 32 home runs, 90 RBIs and 72 runs scored.

David Guerrero of the San Marin Mustangs finished second in voting, while Sean Musick of the Jacksonville State Jaguars finished third.
