Season-Ending Injury for Jared Peters Monday, July 24th, 2034 The season is ending on a bad note for Jared Peters, reliever for the ORIX Buffaloes. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. Peters was hurt against the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters while throwing a pitch. He suffered shoulder inflammation and will be out for at least 4 months. To date this year Peters has won 4 and lost 0 with a 6.04 ERA, 1 save and 25 strikeouts in 11 relief appearances. |
