The Lions have missed the playoffs 18 times in their 22 years as a NIPPON BASEBALL LEAGUE franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 7th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2027. In the last 10 seasons, the Lions have missed the playoffs 9 times.
