Fighters End Pak's Streak Friday, July 14th, 2034 Cheong-u Pak's sizzling hitting streak was snapped at 21 games today as the Chiba Lotte Marines dropped their contest with the Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters 5-2 at Ballpark of Hakui College. Pak failed to get a hit, finishing 0-for-4. After the game Pak spoke with BNN and called his effort "quite a streak." "I just ran into some good pitching today," he said. Pak currently has a .374 batting average with 70 hits, 3 homers, 22 RBIs, 25 runs scored and a .413 OBP. |
