Adkinson Named 2033 CL Most Valuable Player Award Winner
Thursday, April 13th, 2034
The manager of the Chunichi Dragons said he thinks Dustin Adkinson is only going to get better as he gets older.
He may only be 21, but it will be hard to top the right fielder's 2033 campaign, as he has been named the winner of the Central League Most Valuable Player Award.
His winning campaign featured a .393 batting average and a .491 on-base percentage this year. In 24 games he piled up 35 hits, 6 doubles, no triples, 14 home runs, 41 RBIs and 29 runs scored.
Kol-in-sen Koo of the Chunichi Dragons finished second in voting, while Yoshiyuki Matsuda of the Yokohama Bay Stars finished third.
