The Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters ace had a 1-1 record over 6 starts and 27.1 innings. He struck out 36, issued 7 walks and had an impressive 0.99 ERA. Batters hit only .177 against him during the season. Yoon-tae Pack of the Chiba Lotte Marines finished second in voting, while Justin Utting of the Saitama Seibu Lions finished third. |
