Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Narrowly Wins Pacific Division Wednesday, March 30th, 2033 The Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters are champions of the Pacific Division, but don't plan the parade quite yet. "It's a nice accomplishment, but we haven't done anything until we win the Japan Series Championship," said shortstop Matthew Goins. "We're going to celebrate this for sure, but the real celebration is still to come for fans in Hokkaido Nippon-Ham." The club's record currently sits at 35-26. It is the team's 3rd division title and they will be seeking the franchise's 2nd NIPPON BASEBALL LEAGUE championship. Team manager Jared Carter said he'll take some time to celebrate the division title, but then it's "back to work" for members of the team and coaching staff. |
