Dragons-Tigers Fight Nets 3-Game Suspensions Thursday, April 29th, 2032 The two main figures in yesterday's brawl at Ballpark of Nakashibetsu College have been suspended for 3 games each. That action was taken today by the league commissioner's office and will take effect immediately. The suspended players are Danny Dunlap of the Chunichi Dragons and Jason Hampton of the Hanshin Tigers. Thus far this year Dunlap is hitting .387 with 12 home runs, 24 RBIs and 26 runs scored. For the year, Hampton has collected no saves in 12 relief appearances. He has also rung up 23 strikeouts and 13 walks in 21.1 innings while registering a 5.06 ERA and a 2-1 won-lost mark. |
