League Punishes Pair for Fighting Monday, April 5th, 2032 The league commissioner's office had responded quickly to yesterday's major incident at Sailboats Ballpark involving the Golden Eagles Kanbu Kobayashi and the Buffaloes Steve Stevens. Both players have been given 6-game suspensions for violation of the league code of conduct. The suspensions will be effective immediately. So far this season Kobayashi is batting .227 with no home runs, 1 RBIs and 2 runs scored. He has 5 hits in 22 at-bats, 5 walks and a .433 OBP. Kobayashi has played in 8 games. |
