The 20-year-old second baseman went about his business with vigor last week to grab the CANADIAN BASEBALL LEAGUE Player of the Week honors. He compiled a .480 average (12-for-25) with 7 home runs, 12 RBIs and 10 runs scored. Steele is hitting .429 this year with 16 home runs and 40 RBIs.
