Saskatoon's Keeping Sidelined for Season Thursday, April 29th, 2032 Jason Keeping is doubtful to make the playoffs this year, according to sources within the Saskatoon organization. Although the injury was initially thought to be not serious, tests have revealed the player will be out up to 13 months with a torn ulnar collateral ligament. The 19-year-old starting pitcher suffered the injury throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Niagara Stars. This season in 6 starts Jason Keeping has a record of 2-0 with 38 strikeouts in 31 innings and a 3.48 ERA. |
