Capitals Lose Acheson for Season Friday, April 23rd, 2032 Injuries are something every team has to deal with. That fact struck home for the Capitals when after today's game against the Saints, the club found out they would be without the services of Bill Acheson for at least 14 months. After the game, his manager said of the incident, "You hate to lose anyone to injury. That's always a negative." Acheson was injured earlier today throwing a pitch and suffered a stretched elbow ligament. |
