Djordjevic Bashes 5 Base Hits Monday, April 10th, 2034 The Virginia Cavaliers might think twice next time about pitching to Doug Djordjevic. At Ballpark of Redwood College today, the Oklahoma State Cowboys left fielder burned Virginia pitching, going 5-for-6 in a 5-4 Oklahoma State triumph. "When he's on his game," Oklahoma State skipper Chris Dunn told reporters, "he can probably stroke a base hit blindfolded." Doug Djordjevic doubled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Xavier Keller in the 5th, flied out in the 6th, doubled in the 8th and singled in the 10th.
