Week's Best Player: Kansas's Decker Monday, April 10th, 2034 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Skip Bertman League, but last week David Decker of the Kansas Jayhawks reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Decker rocked opposing pitching for a .407 average (11-for-27), 4 home runs and 13 RBIs to come away with the award. Currently Decker is batting .372 with 10 home runs and 23 RBIs. |
