Fugate on the Attack, Player of the Week Monday, April 3rd, 2034 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Rod Dedeaux League, but last week Dallas Fugate of the South Mississippi Golden Eagles reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Fugate rocked opposing pitching for a .407 average (11-for-27), 6 home runs and 13 RBIs to come away with the award. |
