Season-Ending Injury for Curt Ellefson
Monday, March 27th, 2034
Curt Ellefson will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the Virginia first baseman could miss the remainder of the year. Ellefson was injured while colliding with a player at a base in the Cavaliers-Yellow Jackets clash at Ballpark of Redwood College recently. Doctors said he has a fractured ankle and would be out a minimum of 4 months.

Ellefson is batting .375 this year with 1 home run, 2 RBIs and 6 runs scored. He has 9 hits in 24 at-bats.
