5-Hit Barrage by Seeger Monday, May 2nd, 2033 The Auburn Tigers might think twice next time about pitching to Ian Seeger. At Zodiac Ballpark today, the Tennessee Volunteers right fielder burned Auburn pitching, going 5-for-5 in a 20-6 Tennessee triumph. "When he's on his game," Tennessee skipper Mark Ellis told reporters, "he can probably stroke a base hit blindfolded." Ian Seeger singled in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, was hit by a pitch in the 6th, hit a solo-shot off Chris Sykes in the 7th and hit a solo-shot off Steven Baker in the 8th.
