Season-Ending Injury for A.J. Porter

The news is bad in Indiana State. The Sycamores have lost the services of reliever A.J. Porter for the rest of the season due to radial nerve compression. Porter was injured in a recent game with the Ohio State Buckeyes while throwing a pitch and is expected to miss 8-9 months.
So far this season Porter has worked 33.1 innings in 13 relief appearances with 1 saves. He has dished out 34 strikeouts and walked 10 with a 3-0 mark and a 2.43 ERA.
