20-Game Hitting Streak for Taylor Monday, April 11th, 2033 Andrew Taylor, right fielder for the Arkansas Razorbacks, ran his consecutive-game hitting streak to 20 games with 1 hit in his club's 2-1 victory today over the Kansas Jayhawks at Brutes Ballpark today. "I don't really know why it's even happening," he said with a grin after the game. "So asking me how long I can keep it up is kind of irrelevant. It'll end when it ends." Andrew Taylor grounded out in the 1st, singled in the 4th, flied out in the 6th and struck out in the 8th. So far this year Taylor has 8 home runs and a .393 batting average. |
