Velasquez's Season Could be Over Wednesday, March 23rd, 2033 The season is finished for Erik Velasquez of the Florida State Seminoles. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Seminoles reliever suffered a torn labrum while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the North Carolina Tar Heels. Team doctors said it would take at least 10 months to heal. |
