Edwards's Season Could be Over Wednesday, March 23rd, 2033 The season is finished for Chris Edwards of the California Golden Bears. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Golden Bears reliever suffered a torn flexor tendon in his elbow while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Mississippi State Bulldogs. Team doctors said it would take at least 13 months to heal. |
