RDL Cy Young Award Announced Tuesday, June 8th, 2032 The Cy Young Award for 2032 has been presented and the Rod Dedeaux League winner is Blake Orlando of LSU. "It's always nice to receive an award like this," said Orlando. "I just hope I can improve on my performance next year and be in the running again," the Tigers star told reporters. Orlando excelled with an impressive 7-0 record in 9 starts. In 52.2 innings he yielded 33 hits and 12 walks, while striking out 73 and compiling a fine 1.20 ERA. Danny Cook of the South Mississippi Golden Eagles finished second in voting, while Pat Welch of the Long Beach State 49'ers finished third. |
