Wake Forest Eliminated from Playoff Contention Thursday, May 13th, 2032 They put up a valiant effort, but the Wake Forest Demon Deacans didn't have what it takes to make the USA NCAA DIVISION I playoffs in 2032. The club was officially eliminated from postseason qualification today. "Sucks," said Demon Deacans third baseman Jim Baker. This is the club's 3rd playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2029. In the last 10 seasons, the Demon Deacans have missed the playoffs 9 times. In total, the Demon Deacans have missed the playoffs 19 times in their 20-year history. |
