Georgiou Gone for Season in Michigan Monday, May 10th, 2032 The season is finished for Tim Georgiou of the Michigan Wolverines. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Wolverines reliever suffered a stretched elbow ligament while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Miami Hurricanes. Team doctors said it would take at least 12 months to heal. This year his season stats show Georgiou has no saves in 6 relief appearances with a 0-0 record and 5.40 ERA. |
