Year Over for Gamecocks Ritter Sunday, May 2nd, 2032 Sean Ritter will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the South Carolina reliever could miss the remainder of the year. Ritter was injured while throwing a pitch in the Gamecocks-Sooners clash at Scandals Ballpark recently. Doctors said he has a torn flexor tendon in his elbow and would be out a minimum of 10 months. This year his season stats show Ritter has no saves in 8 relief appearances with a 1-0 record and 5.40 ERA. |
