Sean Meekins Lost for Season Sunday, April 18th, 2032 Sean Meekins will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the Missouri reliever could miss the remainder of the year. Meekins was injured while throwing a pitch in the Tigers-Sooners clash at Ballpark of Ridge College recently. Doctors said he has a partially torn ulnar collateral ligament and would be out a minimum of 13-14 months. This season Meekins has made 5 relief appearances, pitched 11.2 innings and struck out 9 with a record of no wins and no losses. He has compiled a 10.80 ERA and saved 0 games. |
