Jackson Slaps 5 Hits Friday, April 9th, 2032 Arizona State Sun Devils third baseman Shawn Jackson really lit up the Long Beach State 49'ers with a 5-hit barrage today at Ballpark of Aptos Hills-Larkin Valley College -- a performance that sparked the Sun Devils to a 8-3 triumph. He shrugged off the performance after the game, saying "sometimes the ball finds outfielders, today the ball found some holes." Shawn Jackson singled in the 1st, hit a two-run single in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 5th and hit a three-run home run off Dan Martinez in the 7th.
