2031 RDL Cy Young Award Named Tuesday, June 3rd, 2031 The Cy Young Award for 2031 has been presented and the Rod Dedeaux League winner is Dylan Thompkins of Houston. "It's always nice to receive an award like this," said Thompkins. "I just hope I can improve on my performance next year and be in the running again," the Cougars star told reporters. Thompkins excelled with an impressive 5-0 record in 8 starts. In 46 innings he yielded 24 hits and 20 walks, while striking out 53 and compiling a fine 1.57 ERA. Eric Kelley of the TCU Horned Frogs finished second in voting, while Brady Rhoades of the Arizona Wildcats finished third. |
