Best SBL Pitcher Announced Tuesday, June 3rd, 2031 He's in the early phase of his career, but this past season Troy Lamb performed like a veteran on the hill for the Kansas Jayhawks and walked away with the Skip Bertman League Cy Young Award in the process. The 19-year-old Jayhawks star fashioned a 7-0 won-loss record in 2031 with a 1.33 ERA. In 47.1 innings of work and 8 starts, Lamb struck out 43 while giving up 22 hits and 15 walks. He held opposing batters to a .138 average. Bruce Berardi of the Florida Gators finished second in voting, while Chris Elwell of the Kansas Jayhawks finished third. |
