He may have less experience than most of his SINGLE A peers, but that didn't slow Brian Arms down at all in 2034.

At the age of 22, the Chippewa first baseman has been named the winner of the Lyman Bostock League Most Valuable Player Award.

He had a .321 batting average and a .417 on-base percentage this year. In 162 games he piled up 204 hits, 40 doubles, 2 triples, 21 home runs, 104 RBIs and 103 runs scored.

"I'm blown away by the season I was able to put together," he said. "I'm looking forward to trying to do it all again next year."

Kyle Higgins of the San Angelo Mustangs finished second in voting, while Shigeaki Yoshida of the New Orleans Jedi Knights finished third.
