LBL's Best Player Named Monday, September 11th, 2034 So far in his young career, Eric Head has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the Lyman Bostock League in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 23-year-old Kingwood Knights catcher hit at a torrid .786 clip as he collected 11 hits in 14 at-bats, 1 home run, 4 RBIs and 5 runs scored. This season Head is hitting .359 with 8 home runs. |
