Lamb Records Shutout Against Jedi Knights Saturday, September 9th, 2034 Troy Lamb kept the New Orleans Jedi Knights hitters off balance all game long as the Chippewa River Chiefs pitcher blanked the Jedi Knights, 11-0. Lamb gave up 5 hits, struck out 11 and walked 1. In the postgame press conference, the right-hander was reluctant to talk about the outing at length. "It was a nice win in a long season," he said. "I don't want to dwell too much on it." So far this season, in 15 relief appearances Lamb has compiled an ERA of 1.98. He has pitched 68.1 innings, struck out 69, walked 23 and registered 3 saves.
