LBL Names Panthers Eda Winner
Monday, August 21st, 2034
It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Lyman Bostock League, but last week Morihiko Eda of the Charleston Panthers reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Eda rocked opposing pitching for a .455 average (10-for-22), 4 home runs and 10 RBIs to come away with the award.
This season Eda has hit at a .238 clip with 15 RBIs, 4 home runs and 21 runs scored.
