Best Pitcher Picked by Lyman Bostock League Tuesday, August 1st, 2034 Over the past month Barney Archer has turned quite a few heads. He's young, talented and able to pitch with the established arms in the Lyman Bostock League. He proved all that and now he's been named July's Pitcher of the Month. The rookie for the Okanagan Lake Monsters posted 4-0 mark and a 2.10 ERA. In 5 starts he tossed 30 innings, permitted 24 hits and fanned 28 batters. On the season Archer has 7 wins and 5 losses and a 3.51 ERA. |
