Mario Dena Out for Season Wednesday, July 26th, 2034 The season is apparently over for Mario Dena. The Houston Sting medical staff informed the club that the starting pitcher will be out at least 9 months with a ruptured disc. Dena was hurt in the game against Bel Air while throwing a pitch. The doctors did not think he would recover prior to the end of the season. Dena has fashioned a 0-2 mark for the season, 4.21 ERA and thrown 36.1 innings in 12 starts. Opposing clubs are batting .286 against him. |
