Buonanno Hot, Vikings Cold Tuesday, July 25th, 2034 Goose eggs were the order of the day for the Victoria Vikings as starter Nick Buonanno shut out the Victoria Vikings 3-0 at The Barn. The Winfield pitcher struck out 10 and walked 3 while allowing 5 hits. "Buonanno was good but he wasn't flawless," Victoria manager Bernardo Moreno said later. "We had a few opportunities to make something happen and we didn't do it. Not to take anything away from Winfield, but this is on us."
